Cushman & Wakefield Enlisted to Market 4.2M-SF Industrial Property.

Old Bridge’s Central 9 Logistics Park expected for Q1 of 2023.

2020 Acquisitions has retained Cushman & Wakefield to market its 4.2 million-square-foot, nine-building industrial development coming to Old Bridge.

Cushman & Wakefield announced the exclusive appointment for Central 9 Logistics Park on March 15. The firm said the site is expected to be delivered starting with 2023’s first quarter.

Lissner and Waxman’s team joined the firm at the end of 2021 from CBRE.

“Central 9 Logistics Park is a cutting-edge development in one of the most desired industrial markets in the country,” Lissner said in a prepared statement.

New Jersey’s industrial sector has experienced record demand, and record-low vacancy rates of late.

“The asset’s centralized location has unrivaled reach to over 100 million consumers and an exceptional labor pool,” Lissner continued. “The park sits on Route 9 with dedicated traffic lights accessing every warehouse and can be accessed using NJ Turnpike Exits 11, 10 and 9 providing for multiple modes of ingress and egress.”

Construction on the development is expected to start next month, Cushman & Wakefield said, and will take place in three phases. When completed, each of the property’s buildings will include 40-foot clear heights, office space and features including LED lighting, parking and additional trailer storage.

The buildings will range from 150,000 square feet to 950,000 square feet.
